2 lbs chicken wings, separated
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
2 tbsp melted butter
Ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving
Celery sticks for serving
Instructions
- Pat chicken wings completely dry with paper towels.
- Mix baking powder, salt, garlic powder, paprika, pepper in a bowl.
- Toss wings in the dry seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry 12 minutes, flip, cook another 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Mix buffalo sauce with melted butter.
- Toss cooked wings in sauce until coated.
- Serve with ranch dressing and celery sticks.
